Payment:

You can choose between various payment methods:

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

PAYPAL

To pay via PayPal, select this payment method and click on ‘Confirm payment’. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

Shipping & Delivery:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within 7 working days, (pre-order items are excluded) ; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Exchange & Refund:

For all goods,

We only issue refunds items if they are defective or damaged. Strictly no change of mind refunds.

No refunds or exchanges allowed for pre-order items.

For all the goods except pre-order items,

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at [email protected] within 5 business day since you receive the products.

Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If eligible your item must be sent to Unit 1/809-821 Botany Road, Rosebery NSW 2018 Australia. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

OZLANA AU will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
